If you want to make the right impression with customers, then the Customer Service NVQ could be right for you. It will help you to get a better understanding of what your customers really want and even build your confidence.

The NVQ in Customer Service is made up of two elements:

• Working through online courses that give you the skills and knowledge you need to gain your qualification.
• Demonstrating your skills in work-based tasks to complete different units of your qualification.

What will I learn?

The units you can take as part of this qualification are grouped into four themese covering the following areas:

• Impression and Image
• Delivery of Customer Service
• Handling Problems
• Developing and improving customer service
